- What it does or should do, and who its users are. A rough diagram or whiteboard photo is genuinely useful.
- The stakes
- Which regulator, policy or committee cares about its behaviour, and what "wrong" costs.
- The stack
- Models, vendors and infrastructure in play or under consideration, if known.
- The claim
- The one thing about its behaviour you would most want proven — and what has made you cautious about it.
- The ground
- Where the system runs today: a design on a whiteboard, a working build behind a flag, or something already carrying real traffic.
- The timeline
- Any dates that matter: audits, launches, procurement windows.
