01 / The technical briefing
One working session. Your system, our method.
A briefing is 60–90 minutes with the engineers who would do the work. We look at your architecture and constraints and give you a straight assessment — including where you do not need us.
Include what you can of the following.
- The system — what it does or should do, and who its users are. A rough diagram or whiteboard photo is genuinely useful.
- The stakes — which regulator, policy or committee cares about its behaviour, and what "wrong" costs.
- The stack — models, vendors and infrastructure in play or under consideration, if known.
- The state — idea, prototype or already in production; and what has made you cautious.
- The timeline — any dates that matter: audits, launches, procurement windows.
We reply within one business day with either clarifying questions or proposed times. After the briefing you receive a short written summary of our assessment — whether or not we work together. No drip campaigns; your address is used to answer you, nothing else.

The absence of a form is a design decision.
Web forms mean third-party processors, spam infrastructure, and consent banners — none of which this site needs. Email gives you a record of what you sent, gives us an obligation to answer, and keeps your data path exactly one hop long. It is the same reasoning we apply to the systems we build: the simplest auditable channel wins.
